My full fees are as follows:

 

I offer a free 20 minute introductory session, so we can decide if we are a good fit to work together. I may be able to referr

you to others that may be a better fit.

For Individuals:

50 minute session: $100

30 minute session: $50

 

For Couples and Family Sessions:

50 minute session: $120+

 

Shorter or longer sessions will be prorated.

If you need to utilize my sliding fee scale please let me know and we will negotiate your fee and how long you need to use this service.

 

For court related preparation and testimony:

Please discuss this with me ahead of time. $250.00 per hour

 

Insurance

At this time, I am not taking insurance. If you would like to use insurance to cover your sessions, I would be considered an out-of-network provider. My services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan, but I cannot guarantee coverage.

 

In these situations you will be responsible for the full payment at the time of session, and your insurance company may reimburse you for the fee. I will provide you with a receipt that you can submit to your insurance company. It is your responsibility to discuss this with your insurance provider.

 

Please check your coverage carefully by asking your insurance company the following questions:

 

• Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?

• What is the rate at which out-of-network services are covered?

• Do my benefits cover sessions with an LSWAIC?

• How do I submit receipts for reimbursement?
